FORCE OF FAITH

“And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” ( Mark 11:22-23).
God is a faith being. You are born of Him. You are a faith being. God does not do anything outside of faith. With His faith living in you, you are to operate the same way. God framed the worlds by faith. Everything God made, He made by faith. Everything He does, He does by faith. For you and me, it’s no different.
The God-kind of faith is the speaking faith. He says it and sees it. The whole universe was brought forth by the Word of His power- His faith-filled Words. God’s act of creating and framing was by speaking. He literally, spoke all of creation into existence. So also, God’s plan for us is to frame our world by our word, to bring into manifestation our desires. This brings us to a fact that there must be something powerful in the word of faith that brings our confession into manifestation. It is the ‘force of faith’.
Faith is a force pull. It has a force of motion that calls forth realities from the unseen realm into the seen realm. Like any other types of force, faith-force pulls, it causes motion. The force of faith is like a towing machine which drags along with itself whatsoever it is attached to. It is the force that draws God’s goodness into our lives hence, it’s manifestation. It is that very energy that rises up from our spirits and energizes our faith to call forth God’s blessings into manifestation in our lives.
The force of faith comes from our words. In fact, the force of our faith is a measure of the level of our confession of God’s Word; the more you believe, confess and act on the Word, the more your faith is quickened hence, your faith-force is developed. Your faith-force is made active by the Word that comes from your heart. As the Word rises within you, energy and strength is released to back up your faith. Above all that you do, keep your heart full of the Word because out of the heart are the forces or issues necessary to live this life successfully. In other words, diligently protect and nourish your spirit. Feed your heart with God’s Word and the force of faith will issue out of your heart and work whenever it is needed.
In Mark 11, in the account of the fig tree, today’s language would read something like this: “Jesus spoke to the fig tree and it dried up from the roots.” In explaining this, Jesus said, “This is the way you operate the faith of God. You speak the desired result and do not doubt in your heart. In other words, you believe your words carry power and the things you say will come to pass because the power of your faith (force of faith) will call it forth into reality. The result is that you have what you say when you believe.” Jesus made it clear that as we speak faith-filled words, believing, the measure of faith-force in the word we speak will make them come to pass. All our words should be words of faith, word emanating from our heart capable of quickening our faith enough to pull our desire into reality. When your words are words of faith, God will trust you with His power in the words of your mouth which is the force of faith that will birth your confession.
Faith, like any other force, must be applied in order to gain any benefit from it. As we eat physical food, our bodies turn that food into strength. The strength in the body, then, must be applied. It must be released. It must be activated. The same is true with faith. The spirit man consumes spirit food (God’s Word) and that spirit food produces spiritual power which is called faith. This faith, then, must be applied. It must be activated to yield the ‘force of faith’.
Faith is released into force by two ways: by our words and by our actions. James 1:22 says to be a doer of the Word. Jesus said in John 3:21, “He that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” James 2:17 says, “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead.” One translation says, “faith without corresponding action will not work.” So, to energize our faith, we must give heed to God’s Word; believing, confessing and acting on it and as we do, the force of faith is gradually mounting up in us to birth our desires and call forth our confessions.
For your words to be so powerful and cause things to come to pass, they must have the force of faith behind them.
When you speak faith-filled words, the force of faith is released. When you are filled with God’s Word, faith comes up strong. When you neglect your study and meditation time and take on the cares of this life, you stop the force of faith from coming out of your spirit.
Everything around us was created by the Word and faith of God. Faith has a creative force and your faith is so powerful that it can create and make manifest things that don’t presently exist in this physical world. Hallelujah!
